We find that people usually fall into one of two scenarios to start.

• A. You have an idea, or you’ve identified a need, but you don’t have drawings yet.
• B. You have a set of drawings, now what?

If you fall into Category A….

• We will meet to discuss your ideas and needs.
• With the information we gain from our consultation, we will guide you with where to start and recommend what you’ll need.
• We put together drawings with our in-house design team or an architect from our roster. These drawings guide us through permits and approvals by regulatory bodies.
• Every project is different, but we’ll get you there!

If you fall into category B…

• We essentially start design details, pricing, and scheduling. The project gets going as soon as you’re ready!
