We undertook a significant renovation of an 1880s historic house with Centrix Homes, which included underpinning the existing house with a proper foundation and basement (the original foundation was rubble) and building a two-story addition at the back of the house.

Equally important, is that Seth is an excellent communicator. He always ensured that we clearly understood every step of the process and the build. He also made sure that he understood us: our questions, our concerns, and our vision for the project. It was very much a collaborative process, and the quality of Seth’s insight and input ensured that everything unfolded in the best possible way.
